During this phase, I will take the approved Preliminary Design concepts and create a Computer Aided Design package (CAD), providing plans that are accurately scaled and ultimately can be exactly dimensioned. A 3D model of the project will be created during this phase as well. These documents can be used to obtain ballpark pricing at an early stage.
